By downloading, installing, or using Push Friends ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Push Friends is a mobile application that allows users to send lightweight push notifications ("nudges") to friends. The service is provided by the Push Friends team ("we", "us", or "our").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Push Friends. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.
You must provide accurate information during sign-up.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Push Friends to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Send spam or unsolicited messages.
Circumvent or interfere with the App's security or functionality.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

6. In-App Purchases

Push Friends may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the platform's payment system (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Push Friends are the property of Push Friends or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Push Friends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Push Friends at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
